Tracking says I'm in the wrong country / missed a day
Automatic tracking uses significant-change location, which wakes up on cell-tower-scale movement. Right after a border crossing it can take a little while to register. Any day can be corrected by hand: open the day in the Calendar and set the country — manual edits always win over automatic ones.
Which location permission does Trackora need?
Always is what makes tracking automatic — border crossings usually happen while the app is closed. With "While Using" or no permission, the app still works fully via manual entry and imports. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Trackora.
Photo import found nothing / too few trips
The import reads only the location metadata of your photos. Photos without location tags (screenshots, saved images, cameras with GPS off) can't contribute. Boarding-pass photos are matched by their barcode — make sure the barcode is visible in the shot.
Restoring my Pro subscription
On the paywall or in Settings, tap Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple ID you subscribed with. Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
How do I cancel?
iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Trackora Pro → Cancel. If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you won't be charged.
Where is my data stored? Can I delete it?
On your iPhone (with optional iCloud sync encrypted by Apple). There's no account and no server copy — deleting the app deletes the data. Exports you created remain wherever you saved them.
My day count and my own spreadsheet disagree
Check the counting rule of the limit: Schengen counts any partial day of presence, some tax rules count nights, custom limits are configurable. Open the limit and review its rule — the day-by-day view shows exactly which days were counted and why.
